多学科交叉融合下新工科实践育人体系构建研究

摘要 文章围绕国家战略发展的新需求、国际竞争的新形势、立德树人的新要求,新工科建设的新内涵,以铸魂育人、立德树人为根本,以新时代复合型人才培养为引领,以应对变化、塑造未来为理念,协同学科交叉融合的多元主体,专业深度与知识广度并重,思维训练和能力培养同行,着力培养大学生创新创业、跨界整合、适应变化和未来领军的四种能力,创新培养方式,重构课程模式,改革实践教学,重塑组织方式。结合四川大学软件学院的工程教育经验和交叉专业建设成果,系统勾勒出我国高校多学科交叉人才培养蓝图,探索构建具有时代特征和中国特色的多学科交叉融合下新工科实践育人体系。 The article revolves around the new needs of national strategic development,the new situation of international competition,the new requirements of cultivating morality and talents,the new connotation of new engineering construction,with soul casting and moral education as the foundation,the cultivation of composite talents in the new era as the guide,and the concept of responding to changes and shaping the future.It coordinates multiple subjects of interdisciplinary integration,emphasizes both professional depth and knowledge breadth,and peers in thinking training and ability cultivation,We will focus on cultivating the four abilities of college students in innovation and entrepreneurship,cross-border integration,adaptation to changes,and future leadership.We will innovate training methods,reconstruct curriculum models,reform practical teaching,and reshape organizational methods.Based on the engineering education experience and cross disciplinary construction achievements of the School of Software Engineering at Sichuan University,this paper systematically outlines the blueprint for interdisciplinary talent cultivation in Chinese universities,and explores the construction of a new engineering practice education system with contemporary characteristics and Chinese characteristics under the integration of multiple disciplines.
