高职学前教育专业教法类课程现存问题及对策研究

摘要 教法类课程是学前教育专业的核心主干课程,对提升学前教育专业学生的教育教学能力起着关键性的作用。目前高职学前教育专业五大领域教法类课程存在课程设置的科学性亟须完善;教师团队结构不合理,教学能力有待提升;学生学习内驱力不足、主动性有待提高;园校合作紧密性有待加强等诸多问题。为破除困境,文章提出应完善优化课程设置;加强教师团队建设,培养双师型教师;创新教学手段和方法,改革考核方式,激发学生参与兴趣;利用多种途径,加强教法类课程教学与幼儿园实践的合作深度;以赛促教,以赛促学,多渠道提升学生的教育教学能力。 Teaching methods courses are the core backbone courses of preschool education majors,playing a crucial role in enhancing the educational and teaching abilities of preschool education students.At present,there is an urgent need to improve the scientificity of curriculum design in the five major fields of teaching methods in vocational preschool education;The structure of the teacher team is unreasonable,and teaching ability needs to be improved;Students lack motivation and initiative in learning;There are many issues such as the need to strengthen the closeness of cooperation between kindergartens and schools.To overcome the difficulties,the article proposes to improve and optimize the curriculum design;Strengthen the construction of teacher teams and cultivate dual qualified teachers;Innovate teaching methods and methods,reform assessment methods,and stimulate students'interest in participation;Utilize various channels to strengthen the depth of cooperation between teaching methods courses and kindergarten practice;Promote teaching through competitions,promote learning through competitions,and enhance students'educational and teaching abilities through multiple channels.
