摘要
随着数字经济的快速发展,我国制造业企业迫切需要数智化转型,而供应链金融规模的逐年增长对企业数智化转型的影响正成为热点问题。文章以A股2017—2022年制造业上市公司相关数据为基础,实证研究了供应链金融对企业数智化转型的具体影响机制。结论表明:制造业发展供应链金融可以通过缓解融资约束促进企业数智化转型。文章揭示了“供应链金融—制造业数智化转型”的作用机理和理论边界,为促进制造业的高质量发展提供针对性政策建议。
With the rapid development of digital economy,Chinese manufacturing enterprises are in urgent need of digital intelligent transformation,and the impact of the increase of supply chain finance scale on the digital intelligent transformation of enterprises is becoming a hot issue.Based on the data of A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2017 to 2022,this paper empirically studies the specific impact mechanism of supply chain finance on the digital intelligent transformation of enterprises.The conclusion shows that the development of supply chain finance in manufacturing industry can promote the digital intelligent transformation of enterprises by easing financing constraints.This study reveals the mechanism and theoretical boundary of"supply chain finance-digital intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry",and provides targeted policy suggestions for promoting high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
