摘要
在经济飞速发展的社会背景下,物流业的功能愈加突出,与整个社会的发展以及人民的生活息息相关,受到社会各个阶层的广泛关注。为提高资源效率,推动企业发展,文章以和平镇德邦物流公司为研究对象,发现其在仓储管理方面存在许多问题,如比较突出的仓库布局结构不合理、人员与设备管理不合理、信息化程度低等,针对和平镇德邦物流仓储管理的现状,最终制定了合理进行仓储规划布局、合理配置仓储设备与仓库管理人员,加强专业人才培训、提升服务质量,适应客户需求、合理控制库存、提升仓储信息化建设等相关解决对策。
Under the social background of rapid economic development,the function of the logistics industry is becoming more and more prominent,which is closely related to the development of the whole society and the people's life,and has been widely concerned by all social strata.In order to improve the resource efficiency,promote the development of enterprises,this paper takes Debang logistics company of Heping Town as the research object,found its many problems in warehouse management,such as the prominent warehouse layout structure is unreasonable,personnel and equipment management,low degree of informatization,in view of the present situation of peace town and gravels logistics warehousing management,finally made a reasonable storage layout,reasonable allocation of storage equipment and warehouse management personnel,strengthen professional personnel training,improve service quality,to adapt to customer demand,reasonable control of inventory,improve warehousing information construction and other related countermeasures.
