摘要
文化是民族发展的根基,高校文化具有激励、约束、导向、提升认同感的思想政治教育功能,是进行思想政治教育工作的重要载体。新时代背景下,要克服一些诸如外在社会环境,校园建设者不够重视和受教育者本身忽视等因素,促进高校文化与社会、在校师生的多方面深度融合,从而更好地将高校文化融入思想政治教育工作,为高校的发展提供政治和思想保障。
Culture is the foundation of national development.Culture of colleges and universities has the function of stimulat⁃ing,restraining,guiding and enhancing the sense of identity,which is an important carrier of ideological and political education.Under the background of the new era,it is necessary to overcome some factors such as the external social environment,the insuffi⁃cient attention of the campus constructors and the neglect of the educatees themselves,so as to promote the deep integration of cul⁃ture of colleges and universities and society,teachers and students at school,which will better integrate culture of colleges and uni⁃versities into ideological and political education,and provide political and ideological guarantee for the development of colleges and universities.
