摘要
为解决当前煤矿供水系统配套的小型反渗透系统能耗大、效率低的问题,在简单概述小型反渗透系统的基础上,首先优化了其一级一段和一级两段系统的操作参数,并比对优化效果,然后在预测煤矿供水量的基础上,对小型反渗透系统的启停进行优化调度,并评估了优化调度前后的运行费用。
To solve the problems of high energy consumption and low efficiency in the small reverse osmosis system supporting the current coal mine water supply system,based on a brief overview of the small reverse osmosis system,the operating parameters of its primary and secondary systems were first optimized,and the optimization effects were compared.Then,based on the prediction of coal mine water supply,the start and stop of the small reverse osmosis system were optimized and scheduled,and the operating costs before and after the optimization scheduling were evaluated.
