摘要
首先,介绍了虚拟装配在复杂零部件上的定义和操作方法,在其基础上创建了虚拟装配系统平台;然后,设计了农机变速器复杂零部件的装配工艺,并利用Pro/E软件对其进行了仿真实验。实验结果表明:该系统装配仿真的步骤流程设计合理,可以实现对农机变速器的装配仿真,证明了系统的有效性。
It first introduces the definition and operation method of virtual assembly in complex parts,and establishes a virtual assembly system platform on the basis of it.Then,the assembly process of complex parts of agricultural machinery transmission is designed,and simulation experiments are carried out using Pro/E.The experimental results show that the assembly simulation of agricultural machinery transmission can be realized by the resultant force of the step flow design of the system assembly simulation,which proves the effectiveness of the system.
