摘要
煤尘在煤矿采掘过程中广泛存在,不仅对煤矿生产有影响,也是煤矿工人尘肺病的主要根源。通过对静电传感器的特性和测量原理进行研究,针对煤尘质量浓度监测的问题,设计了一种四电极静电传感器。通过对四电极静电传感器进行仿真试验,分析静电传感器灵敏度,采用小波原理对静电信号进行降噪处理,进一步提高了信号的信噪比。试验结果表明,四电极静电传感器可以完成煤尘质量浓度测量的任务,并为喷雾装置提供了准确的反馈信号。
The coal dust widely exists in the process of coal mining,which not only affects the coal mine production,but also is the main source of pneumoconiosis in coal miners.Through the study of the characteristics and measurement principle of the electrostatic sensor,a four-electrode electrostatic sensor was designed for coal dust concentration monitoring.Through the simulation experiment of the four-electrode electrostatic sensor,the sensitivity of the electrostatic sensor was analyzed.Then,the wavelet theory was used to denoise the electrostatic signal and further improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal.The experimental results showed that the four-electrode electrostatic sensor could complete the task of measuring the coal dust concentration and provide an accurate feedback signal for the spray device.
