冷凝+吸附油气回收技术应用与安全性探究

摘要 挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的释放对自然生态系统和人类健康产生了严重的影响,引起了全球范围内的高度关注,从而使得VOCs的管理成为一个备受关注的问题。本文旨在探讨VOCs治理常用的工艺技术,并对油气回收工艺组合的应用实际和安全性进行探讨分析。首先,本文介绍了VOCs治理工艺技术和常见工艺组合;其次,以国内某炼油厂为实例,对冷凝+吸附工艺流程进行介绍;最后,通过综合分析,突显了VOCs治理和冷凝+吸附油气回收技术在提高空气质量、保护环境资源以及确保安全生产等方面的重要意义。 The release of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)has a serious impact on natural ecosystems and human health,which has aroused great concern worldwide,making the management of VOCs a concern.This article aims to discuss the commonly used process technologies for VOCs treatment,and to discuss and analyze the application practice and safety of oil and gas recovery process combinations.First of all,this article introduces the VOCs treatment process technology and common process combinations.Then,taking a domestic oil refinery as an example,the condensation+adsorption process is introduced.Finally,through comprehensive analysis,it highlights the significance of VOCs treatment and condensation+adsorption oil and gas recovery technology in improving air quality,protecting environmental resources and ensuring safe production.
