摘要
目的:探讨医学生的时间管理与学习收获的关系,验证学习投入在两者之间的中介作用。方法:随机整群抽取628名学生进行问卷调查,问卷包括青少年时间管理倾向量表、全国大学生学习投入调查中的学习投入分量表和学习收获分量表。结果:时间管理、学习投入与学习收获之间存在显著正相关;学习投入在时间管理和学习收获之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的77.75%。结论:医学生的时间管理对学习收获有正向影响,而学习投入在其中起部分中介作用。
Objective:To explore the relationship between medical students'time management and learning gains,and to verify the mediating role of learning investment between the two.Methods:628 students were randomly selected from clusters to conduct a questionnaire survey.The questionnaire included the Adolescent Time Management Tendency Scale,the learning engagement subscale and the learning gain subscale in the National College Student Learning Engagement Survey.Results:There is a significant positive correlation between time management,learning investment and learning gains;learning investment plays a partial mediating role between time management and learning gains,and the mediating effect accounts for 77.75%of the total effect.Conclusion:Medical students'time management has a positive impact on learning gains,and learning investment plays a partial mediating role.
