摘要
为了提高实际工作中对鹦鹉蛋种属认定的效率,探究太阳锥尾鹦鹉蛋、非洲灰鹦鹉蛋和折衷鹦鹉蛋形态上的差异,采用传统形态测量学和几何形态测量学的方法,对126枚鹦鹉蛋进行了研究.传统形态测量学结果表明:太阳锥尾鹦鹉蛋和非洲灰鹦鹉蛋,太阳锥尾鹦鹉蛋和折衷鹦鹉蛋之间在短径长度存在显著差异(P<0.05),太阳锥尾鹦鹉蛋和非洲灰鹦鹉蛋之间在短径长度存在显著差异(P<0.05),折衷鹦鹉蛋与非洲灰鹦鹉蛋之间差异不明显.使用TPSDig 232软件通过轮廓线(outline)的方法选取鹦鹉蛋上的50个点,进行普氏叠加,多因素方差分析和判别分析.利用TPSRelw软件对三种经过普氏叠加的鹦鹉蛋进行相对扭曲分析,能够更清晰地看出三种鹦鹉蛋的区别.几何形态测量学结果显示,可以100%正确地对原始已分组个案进行分类.去除尺寸影响后的三种鹦鹉蛋在外形上存在差异,可以通过形态对非洲灰鹦鹉、太阳锥尾鹦鹉、折衷鹦鹉进行区分.
In order to improve the efficiency of identifying the species and species of parakeet eggs in practical work,and to explore the morphological differences of parakeet eggs,parakeet eggs and eclectic parakeet eggs,the experimental samples from the Forest Public Security Forensics Center of State Forestry Administration were studied by using traditional morphometry and geometric morphometry.The results of conventional morphometry showed that there were significant differences in the short diameter length between the eggs of Parakeet SUNS and the eggs of Parakeet SUNS and the eggs of Parakeet SUNS and the eggs of Parakeet SUNS and the eggs of Parakeet SUNS and the eggs of Parakeet greys(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between eclectic parrot eggs and grey parrot eggs.The 50 points on the parrot egg were selected by using TPSDig 232 software through the method of outline,and the known data were superimposed by Past 4.01 software.Finally,SPSS software was used to conduct multivariate analysis of variance and discriminant analysis respectively to study the feasibility of using shape to distinguish three kinds of parrot eggs.TPSRelw software was used to analyze the relative distortion of three kinds of Parrot eggs after Platt?s superposition,and the differences of the three kinds of Parrot eggs could be seen more clearly.The results of geometric morphometry showed that 100%of the original grouped cases could be correctly classified.After removing the influence of size,the three kinds of parrot eggs were different in shape,which could be used to distinguish the grey parrot,the sun cone parrot and the eclectic parrot.
