摘要
近年来,采用水杨基萤光酮(SAF)与金属离子在表面活性剂存在下形成三元配合物,使试剂SAF荧光猝灭而测定金属离子的方法已有不少报道。但利用Ga—SAF—CTMAB形成三元配合物导致SAF荧光猝灭而测定Ga的方法尚未见报道。
A method has been developed for the determination of trace amounts of Ga on the basis of the fluorometric quenching effect of SAF due to formation of an non-fluorometric complex Ga-SAF-CTMAB. The exitation and emission wavelengths were found to be 400 nm and 510 nm, respectively. There was a linear relationship in the range of 50-250ng·25 ml^(-1) of Ga. This method is applicable for the determination of trace amounts of gallium in rocks.
