摘要
基于我国煤矸石的来源、性质和危害,研究分析了煤矸石综合利用现状及存在的问题,着重对煤矸石规模化综合利用整体解决方案进行探究,并结合煤炭资源禀赋,提出“源头减量-资源利用-无害处置”的煤矸石规模化综合利用方案,对煤矸石进行分类、分质梯级利用,以期实现煤矸石无害化、规模化、高值化利用,该方案适用于我国西部地区等大型煤炭基地。结合社会效益、生态环境效益和经济效益对煤矸石规模化综合利用进行评估与分析,为煤炭行业可持续发展和资源循环利用提供借鉴。
Based on the sources,properties and hazards of coal gangue in China,the status quo and existing problems of coal gangue comprehensive utilization are studied and analyzed,focusing on exploring the overall solution of large-scale comprehensive utilization of coal gangue.According to the coal resource occurrence characteristics,the large-scale comprehensive utilization method of coal gangue is put forward with a scheme of"source reduction,resources utilization and harmless disposal",realizing coal gangue classification and quality-based graded utilization,so as to achieve the harmless,large-scale,high-value utilization of coal gangue.The scheme is applicable to large coal bases in western China and other regions.Combine with the social benefits,ecological and environmental benefits,and economic benefits,the evaluation and analysis of the overall solution can provide reference for the sustainable development and resource recycling of the coal industry.
