摘要
实现产教融合的最佳方式是学徒制,新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》将“中国特色学徒制”以法律形式确立,为学徒制广泛推行奠定了坚实的法律基础。当前,中国特色学徒制的实施过程中仍然存在企业培养主体地位缺失、多元主体协同性不足、学徒岗位标准不明、工学内容对接不畅、在岗培养技能单一、个性化实践研究缺乏等多种问题。基于多维协同视角,以长沙南方职业学院“全媒体营销IP管理班”为实证,通过创建校企“双班主任”、“双导师”个性化小班课堂、开展“岗位工作任务为主线”的项目模块式教学、构建四位一体培养模式、实施多维协同治理等路径,进行中国特色学徒制个性化实践,取得了较好成效。
The best way to achieve the integration of industry and education is the apprenticeship system.The newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China establishes the"apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics"in legal form,laying a solid legal foundation for the widespread implementation of the apprenticeship system.At present,there are still various problems in the implementation process of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,such as the lack of enterprise training subject status,insufficient collaboration among multiple subjects,unclear apprenticeship job standards,inadequate connection of working and learning,single on-the-job training skills,and a lack of personalized practical research.Taking"All Media Marketing IP Management Class"of Changsha Southern Vocational College as the empirical research subject,and based on the perspective of multi-dimensional collaboration,personalized apprenticeship practice with Chinese characteristics is carried out through the creation of personalized small class classrooms with"dual homeroom teachers"and"dual mentors"from college and enterprise,the adoption of project modular teaching with"job tasks as the main line",the construction of a four in one training model,and the implementation of multi-dimensional collaborative governance.The results are comparatively satisfactory.
