摘要
为提升校园现代化风险识别管控能力,加快推进安防与消防数据深度融合,建设“安消一体化”平台成为高校安全管理的有效抓手。“安消一体化”平台综合运用大数据、物联网、人脸识别、人工智能、云计算等前沿科技,建立全面感知、动态监测、智能预警、精准防火、科学疏散、快速灭火的防控体系,实现安防、消防设备设施互联互通,安消一体化管理,智能监控预警,应急联动及指挥场景化。实践应用表明,“安消一体化”平台切实提升了高校在安消设备管理、风险隐患治理、火情智能预警、应急快速联动等方面的管控效能。
In order to improve the ability of campus modernization risk identification and control,accelerate the deep integration of security and fire protection data,the construction of safety and fire protection integration platform will inevitably become an effective starting point for college safety management.The safety and fire protection integration platform comprehensively uses cutting-edge scientific and technological means and methods such as big data,internet of things,face recognition,artificial intelligence and cloud computing to establish a prevention and control system of comprehensive perception,dynamic monitoring,intelligent early warning,accurate fire prevention,scientific evacuation,and rapid fire suppression.Realize the interconnection of security and fire equipment and facilities,integrated management of safety and fire control,intelligent monitoring and early warning,emergency linkage and command scenarios.Practical application shows that the construction of safety and fire protection integration platform in colleges and universities has effectively improved the management and control efficiency of safety and fire control equipment management,risk management,fire intelligent early warning,emergency rapid linkage and other aspects.
