新型内给电子体催化剂在小本体聚丙烯装置上的应用

摘要 在小本体聚丙烯装置上使用醇酯类内给电子体催化剂,对催化剂活性、外给电子体的用量、催化剂氢调敏感性、产品质量进行分析。结果表明:与采用邻苯二甲酸酯为内给电子体的第四代Ziegler-Natta催化剂A相比,醇酯类内给电子体催化剂具有更高的活性、立构定向性、氢调敏感性,在小本体装置上能够减少氢气用量,降低丙烯单耗,减少外给电子体用量,有助于减小产品气味。采用此催化剂生产的粉料表观密度稍小,单釜产量降低1.6%,适用于生产熔体流动速率20.0 g/10 min以上的聚丙烯粉料。 The catalyst with alcohol ester internal donor was used in batch bulk polypropylene unit.The activity,amount of external donor,hydrogen response and product quality were investigated.The results show that the activity,stereospecificity and hydrogen response of the internal donor catalyst are higher than Ziegler-Natta catalyst A with phthalic acid ester as internal donor,which is suitable to reduce hydrogen consumption,unit propylene consumption,usage of donor and odors.Although the bulk density of product is lower and the output of single autoclave is reduced by 1.6%,the catalyst with alcohol ester internal donor is more suitable for producing the powder of MFR more than 20.0 g/10 min.
