摘要
主排水泵是煤矿的主要耗电设备,针对在对丁集煤矿HDM420-96×10型4台主排水泵进行安全性能检测中发现,存在效率偏低、电耗偏高的问题,整理汇总水泵流量、扬程、效率、轴功率等性能参数,并绘制水泵性能曲线,研究影响其能效的因素。分析结果表明:单台水泵流量达到最大时,水泵效率最高,电耗最低;从能耗方面看,在效率最高状态下,电耗仍超过规范要求,建议进行全面检修,更换与排水需求相符的水泵及电机,从而降低能耗。
The main drainage pump is the main electricity consuming equipment in coal mines,in view of the safety performance test of 4 main drainage pumps of HDM420-96×10 type in Dingji Coal Mine,it is found that there are problems of low efficiency and high electricity consumption.performance parameters such as general water pump flow rate,lift,efficiency,shaft power and others are arranged and summarized,and water pump performance curves are drawn to study the factors affecting their energy efficiency.The analysis results show that when the flow rate of a single water pump reaches its maximum,the efficiency of the water pump is the highest and the electricity consumption is the lowest;from the perspective of energy consumption,even in the most efficient state,the electricity consumption still exceeds the specification requirements.It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive overhaul,replace the water pump and electrical machinery that meet the drainage requirements,and thereby reduce energy consumption.
