磁共振成像与CT在诊断老年多发性脑梗死中的临床价值探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨磁共振成像(MRI)、CT检查技术在诊断老年多发性脑梗死中的临床价值。方法 采用随机抽样法抽取我院2020年1月至2022年12月就诊的130例老年多发性脑梗死患者,其中65例采用MRI检查,另65例采用CT检查。比较MRI与CT对不同时间脑梗死的检出率、不同脑梗死部位的检出情况以及对病灶个数、病灶大小、检查时间以及发病-检查时间的影响。结果 MRI检查在<24 h、24~72 h、>72 h的检出率高于CT检查(P<0.05);MRI检查在基底节区、丘脑、小脑、侧脑室旁的检出率高于CT检查(P<0.05);MRI检查在病灶个数、病灶大小、多于CT检查,而发病-检查时间短于CT检查(P<0.05)。结论 相较于CT检查技术,MRI检查技术在诊断老年多发性脑梗死中的临床价值更高,在不同时间脑梗死和不同脑梗死部位的检出情况具有较高的检出率,且可缩发病-检查时间。 Objective To explore the clinical value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of senile multiple cerebral infarction.Methods 130 elderly patients with multiple cerebral infarction who visited our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected by random sampling method,65 cases were examined by MRI,the other 65 cases were examined by CT.The detection rate of cerebral infarction at different times,the detection situation of different cerebral infarction sites,and the influence on the number of lesions,lesion size,examination time and onset examination time were compared between MRI and CT.Results the detection rate of MRI in<24 h,24~72 h,and>72 h was higher than that of CT(P<0.05).The detection rate of MRI in basal ganglia,thalamus,cerebellum and lateral ventricle was higher than that of CT(P<0.05).The number and size of lesions in MRI examination were more than those in CT examination,while onset examination time was shorter than those in CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion compared with CT examination technology,MRI examination technology has higher clinical value in the diagnosis of elderly patients with multiple cerebral infarction.The detection rate of cerebral infarction at different times and different parts of cerebral infarction is high,and it can shorten onset examination time.
