摘要
“十三五”期间,我国年人均出游超过4次。随着大数据时代的来临,旅游业面临不断涌现的新数据模式。应用大数据技术对旅游业的相关信息进行分析,可以更好地把握旅游市场脉搏。文章利用大数据技术对青城山旅游景区评论进行了数据挖掘,并分析了游客的基本属性、行为特征、兴趣偏好等,可为青城山旅游景区提供助力,从而更有针对性地制定旅游营销活动策划、旅游产品策划等方案。
During the 13th Five Year Plan period,the per capita annual travel in China exceeded 4 times.With the advent of the big data era,the tourism industry is facing constantly emerging new data models.Applying big data technology to analyze relevant information in the tourism industry can better grasp the pulse of the tourism market.This paper uses big data technology to conduct data mining on the comments of Qingcheng Mountain Scenic Spot,and analyzes the basic attributes,behavioral characteristics,interest preferences,etc.of tourists,which can provide assistance for Qingcheng Mountain Scenic Spot,so as to develop more targeted plans for tourism marketing activities and tourism products.
