摘要
长期使用顺铂会导致临床病人慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)的发生。目前,迫切需要建立一种合适的动物模型来模拟临床顺铂的实际应用。本文综述了顺铂诱导CKD动物模型的研究进展及影响模型构建的主要因素,以期为优化模型用来研究顺铂诱导CKD的机制和治疗方式提供理论依据。
Long-term use of cisplatin can lead to the development of chronic kidney disease(CKD)in clinical patients.An appropriate animal model is urgently needed to simulate the clinical application of cisplatin.This paper reviews the research advances in cisplatin-induced CKD in rodent models and the main factors affecting model construction.Hopefully,it will provide a theoretical basis for optimization of the model to study the mechanism and treatment of cisplatin-induced CKD.
