新疆典型地下水超采区地下水位控制指标确定研究——以乌苏市地下水超采区为例

摘要 科学制定地下水超采区的地下水位控制指标是有效治理地下水超采、维护地下水生态功能稳定的关键。以新疆乌苏市地下水超采区为研究区,基于国家地下水位监测井日监测数据,在对研究区地下水位进行年内、年际动态变化特征分析的基础上,采用年度超采量比例法确定逐年地下水位年变差,得到2025年和2030年超采区地下水位控制指标。结果显示:(1)研究区地下水位年内呈U型变化,7-9月地下水位达最低,对人为开采地下水响应显著;年际总体呈下降趋势特征;(2)现状年末地下水埋深为28.704 m,年变差为-1.25 m,乌苏市超采区2025年地下水位控制指标为22.74 m,2030年控制指标为21.30m。研究结果可为新疆乌苏市地下水超采区的地下水治理综合管控指标制定提供参考依据,同时可为新疆地下水超采区综合治理提供借鉴。 Scientific development of groundwater level control index in groundwater overdraft area is the key to effectively control groundwater overdraft and maintain the stability of groundwater ecological function.Taking the groundwater over-exploitation area in Wusu City,Xinjiang as the research area,based on the daily monitoring data of the national groundwater level monitoring wells,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the annual and inter-annual dynamic changes of the groundwater level in the study area,the annual over-exploitation ratio method was used to determine the annual variation of the groundwater level,and the groundwater level control index of the over-exploitation area in 2025 and 2030 was obtained.The results show that:(1)The groundwater depth in the study area shows a U-shaped change during the year,and the groundwater level reaches the lowest from July to September,which has a significant response to the artificial exploitation of groundwater.The inter-annual overall downward trend is characterized;(2)The groundwater depth at the end of the current year is 28.704 m,and the annual variation is-1.25 m.The control index of groundwater level in the over-exploitation area of Wusu City is 22.74 m in 2025 and 21.30 m in 2030.The research results can provide reference for the formulation of comprehensive management and control indexes of groundwater management in the groundwater over-exploitation area of Wusu City,Xinjiang,and can also provide reference for the comprehensive management of groundwater over-exploitation area in Xinjiang.
