摘要
目的 探讨多糖铁复合物胶囊联合重组人促红素注射液治疗肾性贫血的临床效果。方法 选取2020年3月至2023年2月我院收治的100例肾性贫血患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用重组人促红素治疗,观察组采用多糖铁复合物胶囊联合重组人促红素治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、血清指标及不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率为88.00%,高于对照组的64.00%(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)、转铁蛋白(SF)、血细胞比容(Hct)水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组血压升高、肝肾功能异常、胃肠功能减弱、发热发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 多糖铁复合物胶囊联合重组人促红素注射液治疗肾性贫血的效果较好,可改善患者临床指标水平,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of iron polysaccharide complex capsules combined with recombinant human erythropoietin injection in the treatment of renal anemia.Methods 100 patients with renal anemia admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method.The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin,and the observation group was treated with polysaccharide iron complex capsules combined with recombinant human erythropoietin injection.The treatment effect,serum indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.00%,higher than 64.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(Alb),transferrin(SF)and hematocrit(Hct)levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of elevated blood pressure,abnormal liver and kidney function,weakened gastrointestinal function,and fever in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Iron polysaccharide complex capsules combined with recombinant human erythropoietin injection has better effect in the treatment of renal anemia,which can improve the level of clinical indicators in patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
