摘要
东盟“中文+职业技能”教育有着中文教育支撑正向、中文纳入国民教育体系程度高、发展空间广阔等优势,但在师资培养上面临着专业教师数量不足、教师的专业性单一、专业教师培养或转型周期长等困境。企业孵化、产教融合;依托“互联网+”建设汉语学习新平台;深化学历教育,加快专业师资发展一体化建设;一国一策,打造国别化的专业教师;根据产业需求,国内外分区培养是解决东盟“中文+职业技能”教育师资问题的思路和方法。
ASEAN“Chinese Language+Vocational Skills”education has the advantages of strong support for Chinese education,high integration of Chinese into the national education system,and vast development prospects.However,it faces challenges in teacher training,such as insufficient numbers of professional teachers,monotonous professional skills among teachers,and long training or transformation periods for professional teachers.Solutions include enterprise incubation and industry-education integration,leveraging the“Internet+”to build a new platform for Chinese language learning,deepening academic education,accelerating the integrated development of professional teaching staff,adopting tailored approaches for each country to cultivate specialized teachers,and implementing regionalized training based on industry demands to address the issue of teacher shortage in ASEAN’s“Chinese Language+Vocational Skills”education.
