摘要
花岗伟晶岩是高纯石英原料选择的重要方向,但对于该类型高纯石英原料的评价仍处于探索阶段。基于此,采用石英岩相学、原矿石英化学成分和石英原位微区分析等方法,对江西棠阴矿区的花岗伟晶岩中石英矿物杂质元素含量及赋存状态开展了研究,以期为花岗伟晶岩型高纯石英原料评价体系的建立提供依据。研究结果表明,棠阴花岗伟晶岩石英内部包裹体以气液相为主,主要呈带状、群状、线状分布,少量呈星散状分布,在提纯工艺过程中易于去除。棠阴花岗伟晶岩石英中微量元素主要为Al、Ti、Ca、P、Li、Na,少量为K、Ge、B、Fe,杂质元素总量(∑_(总))为100.40×10^(-6)~408.61×10^(-6)(平均含量为202.84×10^(-6)),Al、Li、Ti元素含量之和(∑_(Al+Li+Ti))为80.15×10^(-6)~327.94×10^(-6)(平均含量为151.09×10^(-6))。赋存于棠阴花岗伟晶岩石英晶格的∑_(Al+Li+Ti)低于100×10^(-6)。棠阴花岗伟晶岩石英具有较好的可提纯性,经提纯SiO_(2)含量可达99.99%以上。
Granite pegmatite is an important source for raw material selection of high purity quartz,but evaluation of this type of high purity quartz is still in the exploratory stage.Based on this,the contents and occurrence of quartz mineral impurity elements in the granite pegmatite from Tangyin mining area of Jiangxi province were studied by petrography,chemical composition and in-situ micro-area testing analysis of quartz,in order to provide a basis for the establishment of evaluation system on high-purity quartz raw material from granite pegmatite.The research results show that,the inclusions in quartz of Tangyin granite pegmatite are mainly gas-liquid phase,mainly distributed in bands,groups and lines,with a small amount of scattered distribution,which is conducive to removal in the purification process.The trace elements in quartz of Tangyin granite pegmatite are mainly Al,Ti,Ca,P,Li and Na,with a small amount of K,Ge,B and Fe.The total amount of impurity elements(∑_(total))ranged from 100.40×10^(-6) to 408.61×10^(-6)(average content of 202.84×10^(-6)),and the sum of the elemental contents of Al,Li,and Ti(∑_(Al+Li+Ti))ranged from 80.15×10^(-6) to 327.94×10^(-6)(average content of 151.09×10^(-6)).The∑_(Al+Li+Ti) in the quartz lattice of Tangyin granite pegmatite is lower than 100×10^(-6).The results show that the quartz of Tangyin granite pegmatite has good purificability,and the content of SiO_(2) after purification can reach up to 99.99%.
