摘要
本文建立了气相色谱测定婴幼儿配方粉中反式脂肪酸在总脂肪酸中所占比例的分析方法。样品经乙酰氯-甲醇法甲酯化,离心,取上清液经毛细管色谱柱分离后,采用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器检测,面积归一化法定量。结果表明,在优化的色谱条件下,采用实际样品对检测方法进行验证,12批次婴幼儿配方粉样品平行测定6次,相对标准偏差在1.95%~5.13%之间,实际样品测定结果符合相关标准要求。方法结果准确、重复性好、操作简单,适用于婴幼儿配方粉中反式脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的占比的测定。
In this study,an analytical method for determining the proportion of trans fatty acids to total fatty acids in infant formula powder by gas chromatography was established.The sample was methylated by acetylchlorine-methanol method,centrifuged,and the supernatant was separated by capillary column chromatography,then detected by gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector,and quantified by area normalization method.The results showed that under the optimized chromatographic conditions,the test method was verified by using actual samples.The 12 batches of infant formula powder samples were tested six times in parallel,with a relative standard deviation of 1.95%-5.13%.The actual sample determination results meet the requirements of relevant standards.The method is accurate,reproducible and easy to operate.It is suitable for the determination of the proportion of trans fatty acids to total fatty acids in infant formula powder.
