摘要
在人才强国和创新驱动发展战略背景下,开展校企合作协同治理是深化职业教育改革和构建现代职业教育体系的重要举措。从协同治理主体多元、治理过程协同及治理结果持续等理论出发,构建“主体—过程—结果”协同治理分析框架,探究职业教育校企合作实践中存在的治理主体治理关系薄弱、治理过程运行效率低下以及治理结果评估反馈、激励和约束机制空缺等困境,提出整合治理主体关系、提高治理过程协同效率和实现治理结果持续化等路径,以构建职业教育校企合作协同治理模式,推动职业教育现代化发展。
Carrying out school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative governance is an important measure to deepen vocational education reform and build a modern vocational education system under the strategical background of developing a quality workforce and innovation-driven development.The construc-tion of an“agent-process-result”collaborative governance analysis framework builds on the perspectives of multi-agent,process coordination,and result sustainability of collaborative government,was used to ex-plore the dilemmas existing in the school-enterprise cooperation practice of vocational education,such as weak governance relationship between governance agents,low operational efficiency of governance process,and lack of feedback assessment,incentive and constraint mechanisms of governance result.And put for-ward solutions including the integration of the governance agent relationship,improving the collaborative ef-ficiency of the governance process,and the realization of sustainability of governance result,to build a school-enterprise collaborative governance model for vocational education and promote the modernization of vocational education.
