摘要
采用微波法制备了Fe掺杂Bi_(2)S_(3)复合光催化剂(Fe-Bi2S3),用于光芬顿法降解污染物的研究.对Fe-Bi_(2)S_(3)进行了结构、形貌、元素组成、光电化学性能等表征测试,结果表明:Fe-Bi_(2)S_(3)材料呈无定形结构,光响应性能良好,Fe掺杂后的复合物光生载流子分离能力得到明显改善.最优掺杂比的Fe-Bi2S3复合物在30 min内对亚甲基蓝的光芬顿降解效率高达99%,且具有良好的稳定性.最后,提出了Fe-Bi_(2)S_(3)可能的降解机理.
Fe-doped Bi_(2)S_(3) composite photocatalyst(Bi_(2)S_(3))was prepared by microwave method for the degradation of pollutants by PhotoFenton method.The structure,morphology,elemental composition and photoelectrochemical properties of Fe-Bi_(2)S_(3) have been characterized.The results show that Fe-Bi2S3 has an amorphous structure and good photoresponse performance.The photogenerated carrier separation ability of Bi_(2)S_(3) is obviously improved.The PhotoFenton degradation efficiency of methylene blue by 30%Bi_(2)S_(3) photocatalyst is up to 99% within 30 min.The as-prepared photocatalyst has good stability.Finally,the possible degradation mechanism of Fe-Bi_(2)S_(3) was proposed.
