摘要
针对民用航空发动机部件的流体敏感性适航性试验验证需求,通过研究流体敏感性试验方法标准,并结合发动机部件在各种流体污染环境下的暴露情况,对试验流体和试验程序的选择、试验温度、试验持续时间、流体施加部位、多种污染流体试验和材料试样的使用等试验要点逐一进行了分析,并提出了建议。
Aiming at the requirements of fluid sensitivity airworthiness test verification of civil aviation engine components,by studying the fluid sensitivity test method standards and combining with the exposure of engine components in various fluid contamination environments,the selection of test fluid and test procedure,test temperature,test duration,fluid application site,multiple contaminated fluid test and the use of material specimens are analyzed one by one,and some suggestions are put forward.
