摘要
随着科学技术水平的不断提高,化工工业报警系统日趋大型化、复杂化和精确化。由于工艺系统的复杂性和报警系统设计的不合理,产生了大量无效报警。操作人员会被大量的报警信息淹没而不能对异常情况采取有效措施,导致事故的发生。为了有效地管理报警系统,保证工业过程的安全运行,对化工流程工业报警管理的相关问题进行了大量的研究。通过对现有方法的评价,指出了该领域存在的问题和值得进一步研究的方向。最后对报警系统管理的未来发展进行了展望。
With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,the chemical industry alarm system is becoming larger,more complex and more accurate.Due to the complexity of the process system and the unreasonable design of the alarm system,a large number of invalid alarms are generated.Operators will be overwhelmed by a large number of alarm information and unable to take effective measures for abnormal situations,resulting in accidents.In order to manage the alarm system effectively and ensure the safe operation of the industrial process,a lot of research has been done on the related problems of the industrial alarm management of the chemical process.Through the evaluation of the existing methods,the problems in this field and the direction of further research were pointed out.Finally,the future development of alarm system management was prospected.
