摘要
基于“双碳”目标下的新型电力系统建设目标,国家电网有限公司努力构建高效、安全、环保的绿色电网。基于当前考核多以“结果型”、“目标型”为导向,而普遍忽略了电网企业环保能力的综合评估现状,提出一种能够将环保规划设计与自动化管理相结合的综合评价系统。本系统立足于电网工程建设,开发了包含数据管理、分析处理、环保能力评估、综合展示和系统管理等5大模块,能够全面、准确地掌握各级单位具体工程项目的相关环境保护情况,进而借助信息化手段科学、高效地进行及时沟通与决策反馈。实际应用表明,本系统能够为提升电网绿色高质量可持续发展提供理论参考和技术支撑。
Based on the construction goals of the new power system under the"Double Carbon"goal,State Grid Corporation of China is committed to constructing an efficient,secure,and environmentally friendly green power grid.The current assessment is mostly oriented towards"result-oriented"and"target-oriented"approaches,but generally ignores the comprehensive evaluation of the environmental protection capabilities of power grid enterprises.This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation system that combines environmental planning and design with automated management.The system is based on the construction of power grid engineering and includes five major modules:data management,analysis and processing,environmental protection capability evaluation,comprehensive display and system management.It can comprehensively and accurately grasp the specific environmental protection status of specific engineering projects of various levels of units.and then utilizes informatization means for scientific and efficient communication and decision-making feedback.The practical application shows that the system can provide theoretical reference and technical support for enhancing the green and high-quality sustainable development of power grids.
