摘要 为解决在有限空间进行盾构机始发的难题,有效保证施工进度与质量,高效利用施工作业面完成盾构机始发任务;运用盾构机分体始发的方法将刀盘、连接桥架、台车等设备陆续下方至井内[1],以广花城际项目双模双护盾TBM分体始发为依托,案例表明直径8.9m,长度131m,将盾体、连接桥架、8节台车陆续下放至井内。明挖井工作面口仅有18*13m实现了狭窄场地大直径盾构机圆满始发,总结相关经验,为以后相关分体始发工作提供技术支持。 In order to solve the problem of starting shield machine in limited space,effectively ensure the construction schedule and quality,and efficiently use the construction surface to complete the starting task of shield machine,the cutter head,connecting bridge,trolley and other equipment were successively lowered into the well by the method of separate starting of shield machine.The case showed that the diameter of 8.9m and the length of 131m were 8.9m,and the shield body,connecting bridge and 8-section trolley were successively lowered into the well.With only 18*13m of open excavation face,the narrow site and large diameter shield machine can be successfully started.The relevant experience is summarized to provide technical support for the related separate body starting work in the future.
