50kW车用永磁电机冷却结构优化与温度场分析

摘要 针对车用永磁同步电机在装配空间有限的情况下提高功率密度的问题,以一台50 kW车用永磁电机(PMSM)为研究对象,设计一种新型冷却结构,并进行了温度场仿真计算。通过有限元软件建立PMSM三位温度场仿真模型,得到电机内部绕组温度分布情况,并分析了新型冷却结构的电机温度场分布情况,与传统的冷却结构在同等条件下进行对比分析,结果表明本电机新型冷却结构设计合理。相比于传统冷却结构,新型冷却结构能更好地降低绕组端部温升,为开发大功率车用永磁电机或减小电机体积提供一定参考。 Aiming at the problem of increasing the power density of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with limited assembly space,a new cooling structure was designed with a 50kW permanent magnet motor(PMSM)as the research object,and the temperature field simulation was performed.The three-position temperature field simulation model was established by finite element software to obtain the temperature distribution of the internal winding of the motor,and the temperature field distribution of the new cooling structure of the motor was analyzed.The comparison and analysis with the traditional cooling structure under the same conditions showed that the new cooling structure of the motor was designed reasonably.Compared with the traditional cooling structure,the new cooling structure can better reduce the winding end temperature rise,which provides a certain reference for developing high-power automotive permanent magnet motor or reducing the motor volume.
