摘要
为研究GH4169G高温合金车削用量及刀具几何特性对切削力和切削温度的影响规律,基于ABAQUS有限元仿真软件,通过依次改变切削深度、切削速度和刀具几何角度,获得不同参数组合下切削力和切削温度的变化规律,进一步揭示车削参数和刀具几何角度对GH4169G高温合金切削过程中热—力耦合作用的影响机理,从而对切削工艺参数和刀具特性进行优选。
In order to study GH4169G superalloy cutting dosage and cutting tool geometry characteristic of the influence laws on cutting force and cutting temperature,based on the finite element simulation software ABAQUS,through changes of cutting depth,cutting speed and tool geometry angles in turn,the influence laws on cutting temperature are obtained under different parameter combinations,and the mechanism of coupling effect of turning parameters and tool geometry angle on the cutting process is further revealed,so as to optimize the cutting process parameters and tool characteristics.
