摘要
针对昊兴塬选煤厂1/3焦煤、肥煤等稀缺煤种浮选精煤灰分高,尾矿灰分低的问题,通过对煤泥进行浮选试验研究,结合浮选精煤再浮,浮选尾矿再浮两种再浮工艺的试验比选,确定最终浮选改造方案,并结合选煤厂现场实际生产条件进行改造,最终达到浮选尾矿满足排弃要求,浮选精煤满足精煤产品指标要求的条件下,生产部分中煤产品,既解决了生产问题,提高了精煤回收率,又响应了国家对稀缺煤种洗选生产的要求。
Aiming at the problem of high ash content of flotation refined coal and low ash content of flotation tail coal about scarce coal such as 1/3 coking coal and fat coal in Haoxingyuan coal preparation plant,through the study of slime flotation test,combined with the comparison and selection of two kinds of re-flotation processes,clean coal re-flotation and tail coal re-flotation,the final flotation reform scheme was determined,and the process was transformed according to the actual production conditions of coal preparation plant.Finally,under the condition that the floatation tail coal meets the requirements of discharge and the floatation refined coal meets the requirements of the refined coal product index,part of the medium coal product was produced.It not only solves the problem of production,improves the recovery rate of cleaned coal,but also responds to the requirements of the state for the production of scarce coal washing.
