摘要
针对潘三选煤厂博后筛存在难以达到高效筛分和分级要求的问题,探讨了采用弛张筛和三产品重介质旋流器工艺代替博后筛的几种工艺方案,并利用该厂工艺参数和煤质资料,给出工艺效果的理论值,从整个方案的实施时间、改造难度、产品产率、降灰幅度、系统能力提升等方面进行了详细的对比分析,全面论证了各个方案的优势和弊端,从而为该厂最终工艺改造方案的选择提供了建设性的意见。
In view of the problem that it is difficult to meet the requirements of high efficiency screening and classification in Pan Sancoal preparation plant,several technological schemes are discussed to replace the post-screening by using the sag screen and the three-product heavy medium cyclone.This paper makes a detailed comparative analysis of the implementation time,difficulty of transformation,product yield,ash reduction range and system capability improvement of the whole scheme,and comprehensively demonstrates the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme,thus providing constructive suggestions for the selection of the final process transformation scheme of the factory.
