摘要
高层次人才已成为重要战略资源,对于国家发展和高校发展具有关键作用。当前高校引进的高层次人才在融入学校事业发展中呈现出多方面的“悬浮”特征,成为阻碍高层次人才作用发挥的重要因素。浙江大学通过强化高层次人才“主人翁”地位,建设和优化“四重机制”,有效解决了高层次人才作用发挥所出现的制度、价值、能力等方面的“悬浮”问题,激发了高层次人才的主体能动性和行动积极性,实现了高层次人才个体与学校、国家三者价值的融合和统一。
High-level talents are pivotal strategic assets and indispensable for both national and higher education advancement.The propensity of"dis-embedment"from the new university among high-level talents introduced by universities,however,has become a major obstacle to their usage.The actual management of the institution is called into question by the issue of how to integrate these high-level talents into the new setting.To answer the question,this paper studies the case of high-level talent management in Zhejiang University and finds that the embedment of high-level talents can be facilitated by strengthening the"master"role of high-level talents and refining the"four-fold mechanisms".This proactive approach addresses institutional,value-oriented,and capacity-related challenges,fostering a seamless integration of high-level talents with the university and national values.By empowering high-level talents and stimulating their initiative,Zhejiang University has successfully resolved the"dis-embedment"issues,thereby unifying the values of individuals,the institution,and the nation.
