摘要
针对核设施排风塔内壁混凝土表面放射性物质含量高、去除难度大的问题,开展易于放射性去污涂层配套性设计研究;采用高固体分封闭底漆、弹性环氧腻子、低表面能易去污面漆三涂层配套体系;分别对底、中、面涂层的常规性能进行了测试,并综合评估了涂层之间的配套性及施工性,结果表明,涂层之间配套性好、施工简易,具备优异的耐辐照、易去污性能。
Aiming at the problem of high radioactive substances and removal difficulty in the concrete surface of the inner wall of the nuclear facility exhaust tower,this paper carries out research on the supporting design of radioactive decontamination coating.A supporting system including high solid s primer,elastic epoxy putty and low surface energy antifouling topcoat is applied.And their typical properties and supportability as well as coatability are investigated.The results show that the coating system exhibits good supportability and easy-to-use with excellent radiation and stain resistance.
