摘要
伴随商业功能趋于复合多样化及对购物体验性要求的提升,动线空间体验成为商业街区的关注重点。本文通过对安徽省合肥市商业街区动线空间的POE分析发现问题,并结合国内优秀项目案例从停车规划、空间尺度、空间层次、绿化环境四个方面提出针对性优化策略,以期为商业街区动线空间的改造和项目实践提供思路。
With the increasing diversification of commercial functions and the improvement of shopping experience requirements,the circulation space experience has become the focus of commercial blocks.This paper finds the problems through the POE analysis of the circulation space of commercial blocks in Hefei,combines with domestic excellent project cases,and then proposes targeted optimization strategies from four aspects:parking planning,spatial scale,spatial hierarchy and greening environment,in order to provide ideas for the transformation and practice of commercial block circulation space projects.
