摘要
拆迁测量是充分利用测绘技术在鉴定建筑物及构筑物的作用,为赔偿标准的确定提供依据。结合笔者实际操作项目经验,以北京市密云区某镇拆迁测量项目为例,探讨和分析了ArcGIS在该项目实施过程中的应用。GIS技术为拆迁测量工作提供了日益完善的操作平台和技术支持,与时俱进地将GIS技术和拆迁测量工作更加深入地联系起来,有助于拆迁测量工作的管理、创新。
Demolition measurement is to make full use of the role of surveying and mapping technology in identifying buildings and structures to provide a basis for determining compensation standards.Combined with the author's practical experience in operating projects,this paper takes the demolition of an illegal construction project in a certain town of Miyun District,Beijing as an example,and discusses and analyzes the application of ArcGIS in the production process of the project.GIS technology provides an increasingly perfect operating platform and technical support for demolition surveying.Advancing with the times and connecting GIS technology with demolition surveying more deeply is helpful to the management and innovation of demolition surveying.
