摘要
芸香科柑橘属植物香橼(Citrus medica L.)是一种常见的食药兼用植物,其从果实到叶、种子和花富含挥发油类、黄酮类、香豆素类、生物碱类等多种活性化学物质,具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗糖尿病、降血脂等多重功效。文章总结近年来世界范围内香橼的化学成分和药理作用研究进展,旨在为云南香橼药用价值的充分开发提供依据。
Citron(Citrus medica L.)is a common edible and medicinal plant,which is rich in volatile oils,flavonoids,cou⁃marins,alkaloids and other active chemicals from fruits to leaves,seeds and flowers,with antioxidant,bacteriostatic,antidiabetic,hypolipidemic and other multiple effects.This paper summarizes the research progress on the chemical composition and pharmacologi⁃cal effects of citron worldwide in recent years,aiming to provide a basis for the full development of the medicinal value of citron in Yunnan.
