摘要
目的探讨量化健康教育干预应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中应用效果及对患者心理状态、自我护理能力的影响。方法选取80例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用量化健康教育干预。比较两组干预前后的心理状态[糖尿病痛苦量表(DDS)]、自我护理能力[糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)]及护理满意度。结果干预后观察组患者的DDS评分较对照组低,SDSCA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度97.50%显著高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病护理中采用量化健康教育干预可改善患者的心理状态,提升患者的自我护理能力及护理满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the effect of quantified health education intervention in nursing care of gestational diabetes mellitus patients and its influence on patients'mental state and self-care ability.Methods 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received quantitative health education intervention.The psychological state[Diabetes distress scale(DDS)],self-care ability[diabetes self-management behavior scale(SDSCA)]and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the DDS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the SDSCA score was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group was 97.50%significantly higher than that in control group(82.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative health education intervention in gestational diabetes care can improve patients'psychological state,enhance patients1 self-care ability and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
