新能源船舶岸基直流大功率充电装置应用研究

摘要 在碳达峰、碳中和战略背景下,绿色港口建设成为港口高质量发展的重点。船舶作为港口航运的核心,船舶电动化进程也在加速。快速、安全地为电动船舶充电成为亟需解决的问题。文章介绍了新能源船舶港口岸基直流大功率充电系统,创新采用直流电上船、电缆机械输送、电缆自动辅助插拔,能够实现快速连接、直流电力输送、实时通信传输等功能,并且能将蓄电池电能反向输送给电网,可有效减少船舶受电设施的重量和复杂程度,提高岸电连接的安全性、便利性和操作效率。 Green port construction has become the focus of high-quality port development,under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy.As the core of port industry,the process of ship electrification is also accelerating.How to charge electric ships quickly and safely becomes an urgent problem to be solved.The new energy ship port shore-based DC high-power charging system introduced in this paper adopts the innovative use of DC onboard,cable mechanical transmission,and cable automatic auxiliary plugging and unplugging,which can realize rapid connection,DC power transmission,real-time communication transmission and other functions,and can reverse transfer battery electric energy to the grid.It can effectively reduce the weight and complexity of ship power facilities,improve the safety,convenience and operational efficiency of shore power connection.
