摘要
月球资源开发和利用意义重大。考虑地月运输和月面极端环境的约束,文章对月球基地高性能结构与智能建造技术发展现状进行阐述分析,并明确了数字辅助技术、材料成型与结构施工技术在月球基地智能建造的应用前景。从国家发展战略、月球基地建造自主创新和智能建造技术发展方面明确了极端环境下月球基地智能建造技术发展需求和挑战,进而提出推动月球基地建筑结构设计与施工方法的标准化、加强月面原位资源建材化技术研发和加速月球基地建造的控制系统和施工机械的软/硬件融合3方面发展建议,以期服务高性能月球基地建造,推动中国深空探索事业发展,支撑航天强国建设。
The development and utilization of lunar resources are of great significance.Considering the constraints of Earth-to-Moon transportation and extreme lunar environments,this paper summarizes the current development status of high-performance structures and intelligent construction technology for lunar bases and clarifies the application prospects of digital-assisted technology,material forming technology,and structural construction technology in intelligent construction of lunar bases.The paper discusses the development needs and challenges of intelligent construction technology for lunar bases in extreme environments from the perspectives of national development strategy,independent innovation in lunar base construction,and development of intelligent construction technology.It then proposes three development suggestions:promoting standardization of structural construction design and construction methods of lunar bases,strengthening the research and development of in-situ lunar resource construction material technology,and accelerating the software/hardware integration of control systems and construction machinery for lunar base construction.The paper is expected to serve the construction of high-performance lunar bases,promote the development of China's deep space exploration,and support the construction of a strong aerospace country.
