摘要
“双碳”背景下,碳排放量是电缆线路支架材料选择的重要评价标准之一,然而目前针对电缆支架的碳排放量计算缺乏相关模型。文中构建了一种基于碳排放因子法的电缆支架全生命周期碳排放计算模型,其中考虑电缆支架耗材量和涡流损耗的碳排放活动影响。针对不同材料支架的承重性能及腐蚀速率,计算支架在全生命周期内的总耗材量,针对不同材料支架的感应电流能力,计算支架上的涡流损耗,并结合碳排放因子计算出对应的碳排放量。最后以雄东—昝西220 kV电缆线路为例,计算了该线路采用两种不同材料支架的全生命周期碳排放量,结果表明304L不锈钢支架碳排放量远小于Q235碳钢支架,304L不锈钢作为新材料电缆支架具有较好的节能减排效果。
Under the background of‘Dual Carbon’,carbon emission is one of the important evaluation criteria for the material selection of cable bracket.However,there is currently a lack of relevant models for calculating carbon emission of cable bracket.In this paper,a carbon emission calculation model for the whole life cycle of cable bracket based on the carbon emission factor method is constructed,in which the impact of brackets’material consumption and eddy current losses on carbon emission activities is considered.The total consumable material of cable bracket in the whole life cycle is calculated considering the load-bearing performance and corrosion rate of different material,and the eddy current loss is calculated considering the induced current capability of different material and the corre-sponding carbon emission is calculated in combination with carbon emission factor.Finally,the Xiongdong-Zanxi 220 kV cable project in China is taken as an example,the whole life cycle carbon emission of the line using two differ-ent material brackets is calculated.The results show that the carbon emission of 304L stainless steel bracket is much lower than that of Q235 carbon steel bracket.While,304L stainless steel as a new material for cable bracket has good energy-saving and emission reduction effects.
