随着食品市场的扩大,食品安全事故时有发生,不利于维护食品安全和质量,因此需要重视对食品安全的检测工作,从技术层面来保障食品安全,维持良好的食品市场环境。本文对液相色谱和气相色谱在食品检验检测中的具体应用进行分析,以供参考。
With the expansion of the food market,food safety accidents occur from time to time,which is not conducive to maintaining food safety and quality.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to food safety testing work,ensure food safety from a technical level,and maintain a good food market environment.This article analyzes the specific applications of liquid chromatography and gas chromatography in food inspection and detection for reference.
