摘要
采取整群抽样方法,使用一般资料调查表、本科实习生转型冲击评价量表、本科实习护生临床实践能力量表,以3所高职学校2023年7月在北京市23家医院实习的212名护生作为研究对象,研究高职护生实习初期转型冲击与临床实践能力的现状及相关性,为实施干预提供依据。研究表明,高职护生实习初期转型冲击处于中等水平,临床实践能力处于中等偏上水平;临床实践能力与转型冲击二者呈部分相关性,临床教学与护理职业价值观困惑之间呈负相关(r=-0.139,P<0.05),人文关怀与社会支持缺失之间呈负相关(r=-0.139,P<0.05),科研创新和临床实习与个人生活不协调之间呈正相关(r=0.155,P<0.05)。护理管理者可通过提升人文关怀能力、科研创新能力,提高临床实践能力,降低护生的转型冲击程度。
With cluster sampling method,General Information Questionnaire,Transition Shock Scale for Undergraduate Nursing Students,and Clinical Practice Ability Scale for Undergraduate Nursing Intern were used to study the status and correlation between transformation impact and clinical practice ability of 212 nursing interns in 23 hospitals in Beijing from three higher vocational colleges in July 2023,providing a basis for intervention.Research has shown that the initial transformation impact of nursing students from higher vocational colleges during internships is at moderate level,and their clinical practice abilities are at a slightly above average level.There is a partial correlation between clinical practice ability and transformation impact.There is a negative correlation between clinical teaching and confusion of nursing professional values(r=-0.139,P<0.05),a negative correlation between humanistic care and lack of social support(r=-0.139,P<0.05),and a positive correlation between scientific research innovation and clinical internship and personal life disharmony(r=0.155,P<0.05).Nursing managers can enhance their humanistic care and scientific innovation abilities,enhance their clinical practice abilities,and reduce the transformation impact on nursing students.
