摘要
文章选取2018—2022年我国沪深A股能源行业上市公司为研究对象,从受教育程度、专业背景和海外留学经历三维视角实证分析CEO教育经历对能源企业绿色技术创新的影响效应及其边界机制。结果表明:我国能源行业上市公司CEO呈现受教育程度高、理工科专业背景为主、工商管理专业背景为辅、有海外留学经历的较少等特征;CEO受教育程度高、工商管理专业背景和理工科专业背景均能显著提升能源企业绿色技术创新水平,而海外留学经历不能显著影响能源企业绿色技术创新水平。此外,受教育程度、工商管理专业背景和理工科专业背景的正向影响作用仅存在于CEO和董事长两职分离的能源企业,表明良好的内部治理环境是CEO教育经历发挥作用的情境条件。
This paper selects the data of A-share listed companies of energy industries in China's Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange from 2018 to 2022,and empirically analyzes the influence of CEO's educational experience on green tech⁃nology innovation of energy enterprises and their boundary mechanism from the three-dimensional perspective of educa⁃tional level,professional background and overseas study experience.The results show that the CEO is characterized by high educational level,mainly with the background of science and engineering,supplemented by business administration background,and with few overseas study experience.Further research indicates that high level of CEO's education back⁃gound,business administration background,science and engineering background significantly promote the green technol⁃ogy innovation of energy enterprises,but the overseas study experience cannot significantly influence green technology in⁃novation level.In addition,the positive effects of educational level,business administration background,science and engi⁃neering background exist only in the energy enterprises where the positions of CEO and chairman are separated,indicat⁃ing that a good internal governance environment is the prerequisite for the role of CEO's educational experience.
