摘要
目的 探讨以保护动机理论为基础的延续护理对泌尿系统结石患者自护能力的影响。方法 纳入2022年1月至2023年12月遂川县中医院收治的60例泌尿系统结石患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(30例)采用常规护理,观察组(30例)采用以保护动机理论为基础的延续护理。干预结束后对比两组自我护理能力、自我效能感、生活质量、复发率。结果 干预后,观察组自护能力各项评分高于对照组,GSES评分高于对照组,生活质量各项评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。随访1年,观察组复发率低于对照组(3.33%vs. 26.67%,P <0.05)。结论 行保护动机理论为基础开展延续护理,有利于提升患者自护能力、自我效能感及生活质量,降低泌尿系统结石患者的复发率。
Objective To explore the influence of continuity of care based on protection motivation theory on the self-care ability of patients with urinary stones.Methods A total of 60 patients with urinary system stones admitted to Suichuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were included,and divided into two groups by using randomized numerical table method,the control group(n=30)used conventional nursing care,and the observation group(n=30)used continuation nursing care based on the theory of protective motivation.At the end of the intervention,self-care ability,self-efficacy,quality of life,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the observation group's self-care ability scores were higher than the control group's,GSES scores were higher than the control group's,and quality of life scores were higher than the control group's(P<0.05).At 1-year follow-up,the relapse rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(3.33%vs.26.67%,P<0.05).Conclusions Carrying out continuity nursing based on the theory of protective motivation is conducive to improving patients'self-care ability,self-efficacy and quality of life,and reducing the recurrence rate of patients with urinary stones.
