摘要
目的 回顾性研究风险评估对住院精神分裂症患者心理状态及暴力事件发生率的影响。方法 将2021年6月至2023年5月在福建省福州神经精神病防治院住院治疗的70例精神分裂症患者纳入研究,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组、观察组,分别行常规护理、风险评估干预,观察不同干预方式对患者心理状态及暴力事件发生率的影响。结果 观察组干预后的外走风险评分(1.21±0.34)分、中文版布罗赛特攻击行为量表(BVC)评分(1.00±0.25)分及自杀风险评分(9.56±1.35)分比对照组低(P <0.05)。观察组的暴力事件发生率2.86%低于对照组的17.14%(P <0.05)。观察组干预后的HAMA评分(34.88±3.05)分、HAMD评分(27.78±3.63)分比对照组低(P <0.05)。结论 风险评估可有效改善住院精神分裂症患者的心理状态,降低暴力事件发生率。
Objective To retrospectively study the impact of risk assessment on the psychological status and incidence of violent events in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods Seventy cases of schizophrenia patients hospitalized in Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Fujian Province from June 2021 to May 2023 were included in the study,and the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the different methods of nursing care,which were performed routine nursing care and risk assessment interventions,respectively,to observe the effects of the different modes of interventions on the patients'psychological status and the incidence of violence.Results The outward walking risk score(1.21±0.34),the Chinese version of the Brocett Aggression Behavioral Scale(BVC)score(1.00±0.25)and the suicide risk score(9.56±1.35)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The rate of violence in the observation group was 2.86%lower than 17.14%in the control group(P<0.05).The HAMA score(34.88±3.05)and HAMD score(27.78±3.63)in the observation group after the intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Risk assessment is effective in improving psychological status and reducing the incidence of violence in hospitalized schizophrenic patients.
