伴有LRRC8A和IL2RG基因突变的原发性免疫缺陷病1例并文献复习

摘要 原发性免疫缺陷病(PID)是一类由于基因突变导致免疫细胞、免疫分子数量异常和(或)功能缺陷的疾病。该病临床表现极为复杂,但其共同表现为反复感染、易患肿瘤和自身免疫性疾病。1例3岁男孩反复感染,检查提示免疫球蛋白、B细胞水平均显著降低,考虑其存在免疫系统缺陷,最终通过基因组测序发现两个基因LRRC8A、IL2RG存在突变。通过对该患儿的病例报道提高了对PID的认识,同时说明并支持了基因组测序在疾病准确诊断中的应用潜力。
